Cardiac anesthesia and intensive care

Cardiac anesthetists are responsible for the anesthesia of cardiac and thoracic patients in the operating room, and post-surgery intensive care and monitoring in the high dependency ward. The cardiac anesthetist is on call 24/7 and participates in the treatment of acute patients.
