Patient fee relief

We will review the fees for instance in cases where your financial solvency, or your circumstances, have substantially changed. We will waive or discount the fee if collecting the fee would jeopardize your livelihood or your obligation to pay maintenance.

A reduction or cancellation of the patient fee can be applied for with a payment exemption application. The application must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

For more information about the fee relief please call service number 03 311 69288 (Tampere, Helsinki, Valkeakoski), 03 629 3220 (Hämeenlinna, Riihimäki) or 09 2291 1955 (Jyväskylä, Heart Hospital Nova).
